It’s hard to believe this stunning entertainment and relaxation space was once an unusable backyard, plagued by unattractive weeds and uneven land. Completely transformed, the pool now sits in the centre of a multi-functional outdoor space that the homeowners will use year round.

When the owners came to Personal Pools with the challenging brief, they never expected this amazing result. In conjunction with designer Matt Scrase and Leisure Style Landscaping, Personal Pools worked through a difficult sloping site, and with only 1.4m access, created this multi-levelled pool and spa combination.

The pool and spa are connected through a standout 2m high water feature wall, with full spillover, creating a great central visual impact. The pool is perfectly finished with mosaic waterline tiles and a quartz interior, while Spa Electrics LED niche lights illuminate the pool in the evening and stainless steel soft landscape feature lighting lights up the landscaped garden.

Started by Chris Howley 26 years ago, Personal Pools provides exactly that – a personal service, no matter what your style or budget. Specialising in concrete pools and spas, Personal Pools build roughly 30 pools per year in an effort to maintain this individual service, working mainly in the Peninsula and south eastern areas.
